Lawn areas are professionally mowed & line trimmed on the same day, each week from mid-April to the end of October. Grass clippings are collected on the 1st & last cut of the season. All other mows, clippings are mulched and left on the lawn to improve turf health, return a valuable source of natural nitrogen & reduce waste going to our landfills. We sharpen our blades weekly & adjust our cutting heights as the weather dictates to make sure your lawn is given the best care possible. Before we leave, all gates are closed and all hard surfaces are blown clean. 28 weeks of service.

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly attention by our gardening crew to tend to your shrub beds. Manual weeding, shrub trimming touch-ups, refresh the mulch, pick up litter, etc.

Daily, weekly or monthly visits throughout the year to pick up garbage, litter & debris throughout the parking lots and planter beds, change the public trash can bags, etc.
